Shark teeth - Carcharocles chubitensis

Middle miocene (15 to 20 million years ago) the shark Chubatensis, ancestor of the meglodon is considered the transition from angustiden to megalodon. Chubatensis has a very minimal cusp compared with it's ancestor angustiden.
